Steve Brown and Mike Ullstrup have been bringing original and adapted works to the radio and stage for over five years. Winning several awards, including from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association, BrownUllstrup works provoke, compel, and challenge the audience – and sometimes just make them laugh out loud.

They bring together performances that are well written, well cast, and well managed. Historical events are thoroughly researched. The latest WGTD Radio Theater production, "The Kane Shadow: The 'Gas' Derler Murder Mystery" will be braodcast on September 24th!  Take a shot at solving this very real murder that took place in Trevor, Wisconsin in 1930.  The show airs at 11:15 a.m. (central time).

"A Fireside Chat: A Conversation with FDR."
          
                   
This is a one-man play, starring Gary Stamm.  On April 29-May 1, 2011, the play will have its national premier at the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center in Poughkeepsie, New York, which is located right in the heart of Dutchess County, New York, which is where FDR lived.  The FDR Presidential Library is also located in Dutchess County, in Hyde Park.  We are currently discussing the possibility of having a benefit performance of "A Fireside Chat" at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Presidential Library.  We will have more information about this in the near future.

The readings of the play are being scheduled throughout the Racine, Kenosha, and Lake County areas.  Information will be posted as they are scheduled.  If you are interested in hosting a reading, let us know!
